Ingredients
- 1 package Lafleur bacon
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Finely ground black pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place bacon strips on it side by side without overlapping.
- In a bowl, mix the syrup and the mustard.
- Spread half the mixture on the bacon and bake 12 to 15 minutes.
- Turn bacon slices and top with remaining mix.
- Cook another 5 to 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle lightly with ground pepper.
- Let rest 5 minutes.
