Air Fryer P’tit Caprice Maple Ham

  • 500 g P'tit Caprice ham
  • ⅓ cup fresh orange juice
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup dark maple syrup
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) apple cider vinegar
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch ground cloves


  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl combine the orange juice, brown sugar, syrup, vinegar, mustard and spices. Set aside.
  3. Remove ham from packaging and place on the air fryer plate.
  4. With the tip of a knife make 1-cm deep cuts in a cross patter on the top of the ham.
  5. Pour the orange juice mixture over the ham and cover with aluminum foil.
  6. Cook 20 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and cook another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve the ham along with its cooking juices.
