Ingredients
- 500 g P'tit Caprice ham
- ⅓ cup fresh orange juice
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup dark maple syrup
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) apple cider vinegar
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 pinch ground cloves
Preparation
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl combine the orange juice, brown sugar, syrup, vinegar, mustard and spices. Set aside.
- Remove ham from packaging and place on the air fryer plate.
- With the tip of a knife make 1-cm deep cuts in a cross patter on the top of the ham.
- Pour the orange juice mixture over the ham and cover with aluminum foil.
- Cook 20 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and cook another 5 minutes.
- Serve the ham along with its cooking juices.
