A dessert combining the sweetness of chocolate and the unique flavour of Lafleur bacon: tough to resist!
Chocolate mousse with Bacon

Ingredients
- 150 ml chocolate chips
- 100 ml butter
- 100 ml 35% cream
- 100 ml cocoa powder
- 100 ml sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 slices Lafleur fully cooked bacon, cut in two
- Raspberries or other small fruit
- Fresh mint leaves, to taste
- Whipped cream, to taste
Preparation
- In double-boiler, melt chocolate with butter and cream.
- Add cocoa, salt and sugar and mix until homogeneous.
- Pour mix in ramekins and refrigerate for at least two hours.
- Reheat Lafleur fully cooked bacon in microwave oven for approximately five seconds per slice.
- Garnish each ramekin with whipped cream, to taste.
- Top each ramekin with raspberries, mint leaves and half a slice of Lafleur fully cooked bacon and serve.
