Tuna and bacon sandwich
It’s a well-known fact that bacon improves any dish and in the case of this tuna sandwich, nothing could be more true.
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 can (100 g) tuna in oil, drained
- 1 green onion, cut with kitchen scissors
- 25 ml mayonnaise
- 1 slice Gruyère cheese
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 tomato slices
- 3 slices Lafleur fully cooked bacon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Toast bread and set aside.
In bowl, mix tuna, green onion and mayonnaise.
Reheat Lafleur fully cooked bacon in microwave oven for approximately five seconds per slice.
Place on one bread slice, in this order: tuna mix, cheese, lettuce, tomato and Lafleur fully cooked bacon. Cover with remaining bread slice.
Cut in two and serve.
